- HR Manager
- HR Officer
- HR Assistant
Qualifications and Experience
- HR Manager: Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- HR Officer: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in an HR role.
- HR Assistant: Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR Manager:
Oversee the overall HR function of the hospital, including recruitment, selection, training, development, and

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR advice and support to management and staff.
HR Officer:
- Assist the HR Manager in the performance of their duties.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, selection, training, and development.

- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Officer.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
