| Position/ Job Title | Manager- Organizational Effectiveness (AVP/VP) |
| Educational / Professional Qualification | - Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC
- Candidates having Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in HR/ Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred.

| - Minimum 06 years of HR experience with at least 03 years in an Organizational Development / Organizational Effectiveness role preferably with a Bank and/or large-sized organization.

| Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required | - Experience in policy development, and implementation.
- Possess advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in English and Urdu communication-both written and oral.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Goal-driven with the ability to persuade individuals with decision-making authority.
