Positon Name Requirements
HEAD OF NATIONAL SALES RETAIL AND INSTITUTIONAL

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in funds
  • To plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales plan through country-wide branch network and sales counters to meet sales target.
  • MBA/Graduate from HEC-approved university.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience of working Asset Management Company Financial Institution.

MANAGER SALES / MARKETING OFFICER

(For Karachi, Sukkur, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sargodha, Sialkot, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad and Mirpur A.K)

  • Strong ability to drive sales growth (Retail and Institutional) in funds.
  • Established relationship with Corporates and High Net-Worth Individuals.
  • Minimum Graduate from HEC approved university.
  • Experience of working in Mutual Fund Industry of financial institution for at least 2 years.

SR. MANAGER (SMA) / FUND MANAGER (SMA)

  • To develop and implement SMA business reporting to SMA Head.
  • MBA / Graduate from HEC approved university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of SMA management / mutual fund industry.

RESEARCH ANALYST

  • Good understanding and analytical/valuation skills of equities and Fixed income instruments.
  • Must be able to analyze & develop Financial Models
  • Master/Graduate in Finance from a recognized institute. CFA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of Research Experience in AMC/Financial Institution
